The ritual of brewing loose leaf tea invites a tranquil moment in a busy life. Medium strength tea with a light fresh taste which has had the caffeine extracted. The caffeine is removed from the tea by soaking the tea in hot water for a period of time, then the solution is passed through a carbon filter for caffeine removal. The water is then returned to the tea for re-absorption of flavours and oils.

How to use
Place 1 tsp to 2 tsp (depending on how strong you like it) tea leaves into a teapot or strainer and add hot water. Allow brewing for 3 to 4 minutes, strain and drink. Can be made as an iced tea by refrigerating strained tea and serving over ice.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
