This preparation of wheat is commonly used as a side dish as an alternative to couscous or rice. Can be used in salads, breakfasts, pilafs, kofte balls as well as Lebanese cooking such as tabouleh and kibbeh.

How to use
To prepare, place bourghul in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water. Set aside for 20 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the grains are light and fluffy.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
