Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix 1kg bag
When you want the convenience of a packet mix without the packet! This mix is great for making Brownies, Mudcake and Mug Cakes too. The standard recipes are great, but feel free to vary it by adding dried fruit, biscuit bits, nuts or choc chips.

Sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil, cocoa powder (5.5%), modified maize starch (1422), dried egg white powder, salt, egg powder, raising agents (500, 541, 341)), emulsifier (soy (322)), preservative (sulphites (202))

How to use
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE
500g choc brownie mix
250ml water
75g pecan or walnut pieces
Combine all ingredients, spread onto a standard greased baking tray and bake 190C for 30 minutes.
TRADITIONAL MUDCAKE RECIPE
500g choc brownie mix
50g butter/vegetable oil
50g dark choc buttons
200ml hot water
25 ml whiskey (optional)
1. Melt butter & choc in hot water, stir in whiskey.
2. Add brownie mix and mix well
3. Bake at 160C until baked (approx. 50 mins)
* For a denser mud cake, increase choc and butter to 75g each
