Dried elderberries with a deep, dark colour and a bold, tart berry flavour that deepens when simmered. They must be cooked before eating.

Use them to make syrups, jellies and herbal-style teas, or add them to fruit preserves. Buy in bulk and refill your own jar.

How to use
