A stone-milled wholemeal bakers flour made from the whole wheat grain, with a hearty, nutty, rustic flavour. It is a strong flour, so it handles bread doughs well.

Use it for sourdoughs, seeded sandwich loaves and rustic rolls, or blend with white bakers flour for a lighter loaf.
