Food Covers Silicone

An alternative to disposable clingwrap, these covers are perfect for sealing dishes, bowls, cans, cups or fruit and vegetables. Keeps food fresh for longer and helps with transporting between locations. To use:

1. Choose the appropriate sized lid for your container (ideally you want it on the smaller side, for a nice snug fit)
2. Ensure that silicone lid and container are clean and dry
3. Place lid over the edge of container closest to you
4. Stretch remainder of the lid away from you and pull down on side tabs to create a snug fit
5. Press down lightly on the centre of the lid to create a vacuum seal (pull down on the tab to let air escape if needed)

Waste Credentials

Able to be reused many times to avoid using disposable plastic wrap and to get use out of containers where the lid is missing or broken. Recycling options for silicone are limited at this time, however, the amount of waste avoided by using this product is significant.
