Dehydrated garlic granules with a mellow, savoury flavour that is slightly sweeter and less sharp than fresh garlic. They disperse evenly through dishes and won't burn as easily as fresh garlic.

Use them in dry rubs and marinades for chicken, beef or pork, or stir them into soups, stews and sauces. Refill your own jar.
