How to use
Place cold water in a small bowl and sprinkle with 1 to 2 tsp gelatine powder (as per the recipe) whilst whisking with a fork. Set aside for 5 minutes until spongy then stand the bowl in a heatproof bowl of hot water and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool slightly before adding to the mixture you want to set.
