How to use
GLUTEN-FREE BANANA BREAD
500g Banana Bread Mix
4 eggs
150g vegetable oil
500g banana pulp
1. Mix together banana bread mix, oil and eggs until well combined.
2. Add banana pulp and mix for a further minute.
3. Bake at 160C in a greased pan for 25 to 40 minutes until baked through.
4. If desired, lightly glaze the top with melted apricot jam.
GLUTEN-FREE CARROT CAKE
Substitute 250g grated carrot, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 1 tsp of mixed spice and 100ml water for banana pulp
