Peppercorn Szechuan 50g bag

Warm spice and citrusy aroma used with meat, chicken and in burgers. Commonly used in Chinese, Tibetan, Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese and Nepalese cooking. Adds a more subtle heat to dishes than black peppercorns.
