Organic tri-colour quinoa, a blend of white, red and black quinoa seeds. The white seeds cook up fluffy, while the red and black hold their shape for a slight chew and nutty pop.

How to use

Rinse and drain. Bring 1 cup quinoa in 1.5 cups water with 1/2 tsp salt or stock powder to boil, simmer covered for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
