Organic white quinoa, the classic variety, with a mild, slightly nutty flavour and a light, fluffy texture. It absorbs dressings, sauces and spices well and cooks faster than rice or farro.

• Base: use under stir-fries or as an alternative to rice.
• Salads: toss through salads once cooled.
• Breakfast: cook as a sweet breakfast bowl.

Rinse before cooking. Refill your own container to cut down on packaging.

How to use

Rinse and drain. Bring 1 cup quinoa in 1.5 cups water with 1/2 tsp salt or stock powder to boil, simmer covered for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and serve.
