Used to season dishes adding depth of flavour. This salt is Kosher and suitable for pickling applications.

This naturally produced salt is harvested from Lake Deborah and contains many trace elements similar to sea salt. It is dried using solar evaporation in the natural environment which is one of the most environmentally friendly salt production methods globally.
