A light, nutty ancient-grain flour that is roller-milled and sifted to remove the coarse outer bran, with a delicate, subtly sweet flavour. It handles much like standard plain flour and is completely unbleached.

Use it for cakes, cookies, pastries and artisan loaves. Refill your own bag or jar to keep it plastic-free.
