Wholemeal spelt flour, stone-milled from the whole spelt grain. It has a rich, nutty, slightly sweet flavour and gives baking a hearty, rustic character.

Use it in place of standard wholemeal flour in rustic loaves, muffins, pancakes and seeded crackers. Refill your own jar or bag in bulk to avoid packaging.
