A balanced Mexican-style taco seasoning with a smoky, earthy flavour from cumin and paprika, gentle warmth from chilli and garlic, and savoury oregano and onion. Flavourful without being very hot.

• Taco and fajita meat: brown mince or chicken, then stir in the seasoning with a splash of water.
• Plant-based: toss through beans, lentils, tofu or sweet potato before roasting.
• Marinade: mix with olive oil and lime juice for chicken, steak or fish.
• Snacks: dust over tortilla chips, dips or popcorn.
