Great for making tandoori chicken or 'butter chicken' (with chicken or just vegetables) serve with rice.

How to use

Mix with oil to marinate meat prior to frying or cook together 4 tsp with yoghurt or coconut milk, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger and 800g canned tomatoes to make 'butter chicken' sauce.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
