Organic masala chai made from certified organic black tea with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and black pepper. It is bold and spicy-sweet, with a gentle heat from the ginger and pepper.

Simmer in water and milk for a traditional chai, then strain and sweeten to taste. Refill into your own jar or bag in bulk.

How to use

Place 1 tsp to 2 tsp (depending on your preference) of tea leaves into a teapot or strainer and add hot water or milk (soy works best). Allow the brewing to proceed for 3 to 4 minutes, then strain and drink. It can be made as an iced tea by refrigerating the strained tea and serving it over ice.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight for less than 12 months.
