Produced from corn cob (core) which is an environmentally sustainable source, unlike those made from felled birch trees. Can be used in any recipe, on cereal, in hot or cold beverages much like sugar; however, unlike sugar is also used in making oral hygiene products as it can help protect against tooth decay.
